About XUP Tools
Designed on the tools, not in an office.
XUP Tools is run by a time-served tradesman from a family of builders. Every product starts as a problem on a real job — a trowel edge ruined in the back of the van, a Speed Skim sliding behind the buckets, a roll of masking tape left three windows back.
Each design is drawn, made and tested in Hertfordshire, then used on site before it goes on sale. If it doesn't survive a working week, it doesn't get sold.
New products are in testing all the time. Buying direct from this website supports a small UK maker.
Questions
How much is delivery?
Delivery is free to UK addresses — it is already included in the price. Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days.
Do you ship outside the UK?
Not at the moment. We currently deliver to UK mainland addresses only.
Can I return an item?
Yes. You have 30 days to return an unused item for a refund. Get in touch first and we will sort it out.
How do I pay?
Checkout is handled securely by PayPal. You can pay with your PayPal account or with a debit or credit card without making an account.
Will I get a receipt?
Yes. As soon as your payment goes through you are emailed an invoice automatically, and PayPal sends its own payment receipt too.
Are fixings included with the wall mounts?
No — screws and plugs are not included so you can choose the right fixing for plasterboard, brick, block or ply van lining.
